The request to review the October 3, 2024 consent review order is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants because the tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. This application was resolved by order on June 4, 2024 without a hearing. On July 16, 2024, an unauthorized occupant requested a review of the June 4, 2024 order and the order was stayed. The review request was heard on September 25, 2024 and resolved by consent order on October 3, 2024, adding the unauthorized occupant as a tenant party. On November 13, 2024, another unauthorized occupant requested a review of the October 3, 2024 consent review order.
