The tenancy is terminated effective April 20, 2016. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Landlord is authorized to offset the daily compensation and application filing fee from the amount the Landlord owes the Tenant for the rent deposit and interest.
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant, another occupant, or someone Tenant permitted causing undue damage and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord or other tenants. The issues included loud fighting, disturbances, and damage to the rental unit.
