The tenancy shall terminate effective January 14, 2024. The Tenant shall pay $14,850.00 in rent arrears to the Landlords on or before January 8, 2024. If the Tenant fails to make the November 2023 rent payment by November 15, 2023, the full arrears amount shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
