The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,976.00 in arrears and costs, with partial payments due on July 1 and August 1, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the full balance becomes due and the Landlord may apply for a new eviction order. The Tenant must also pay $48.16 per day for use of the unit from August 16, 2023 until move-out. Interest of 6% annually will be charged on any outstanding balance starting August 16, 2023.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties consented to the order.
