The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date. If they do not, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting December 1, 2023. The Tenants must pay the October 2023 rent of $3,200 by October 15, 2023. If they fail to do so, the Landlords may apply to the LTB for an earlier termination and eviction.
