The tenancy is terminated effective March 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,721.84 plus $26.35 per day starting February 25, 2022. If the Tenant pays $1,873.00 by February 28, 2022 or $2,674.50 by March 7, 2022, the eviction order can be voided and the tenancy can continue.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice of Termination, which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears. The parties agreed that substantial payments had been made and the balance would be paid by the end of February.
Tenant has not paid full rent owed from September 2021 to February 2022.
