The tenancy is terminated effective January 5, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,867.93 in rent arrears and compensation, less the rent deposit and interest, plus $65.75 per day starting December 21, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $21,756 on or before January 5, 2022.
