The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,047.71, which includes rent arrears and application costs, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $35.63 per day for compensation for use of the unit from January 27, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 28, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting March 1, 2022.
