The Tenant's application is dismissed. The Landlord's actions were reasonable to ensure compliance with public health guidelines during the pandemic and did not constitute harassment or interference with the Tenant's rights.
Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord, the Landlord's superintendent or the Landlord's agent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household.
