The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $255.04, which includes compensation for use of the unit after April 1, 2021 and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 26, 2021, interest will accrue.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to undue damage to the premises and because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
Landlord changed lock on October 1, 2020 but then provided Tenant with key the same day after receiving correct advice.
