The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $11,800.00 in rent arrears, $60.00 in NSF fees, and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by June 21, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed administration charges related to NSF cheques.
Tenant testified that she plans to repay the arrears of rent beginning May 1, 2021 at a rate of $100 per month.
