If the Tenant does not void the order, the tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 17, 2023. Tenant experienced a medical issue that prevented her from reasonably participating in the previous hearing
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant requested a review of the previous order, citing a medical issue that prevented her from reasonably participating in the previous hearing.
Tenant acknowledged the rent arrears and testified that her rent is paid from a rent top-up program, but the program had switched providers and she did not provide her son's income tax information, causing her subsidy to not be paid.
