The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $11,842.20 by February 29, 2024 or $13,417.80 by March 1, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by March 1, 2024 and will owe daily compensation of $51.80 until they move out. The Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction if the Tenant does not vacate by March 2, 2024.

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenants did not void by paying the arrears.
