LTB Landlord Paralegals in Hamilton

I have various legal concerns about my living situation. These issues range from, no repairs being made, constant intimidation and harassement, safety concerns, noise from the neighbors, vandalism to my vehicles, illegal entries, discrimination, and other issues to be discussed. I'm looking for help to file with the LTB before the end of this year,

I’m landlord whose case just been dismissed by providing the wrong date for L2based on N8. But the situation has been changed, not only late payment but non payment since October 2024.I’m looking for eviction (tenant said she will be move out at Jan31 2025 who knows) and get my money back(Maybe utilities bills as well). I’m afraid of filling the paper again (I can filling them but need professional check )and waste time and money.

Rented a townhouse, spouse and I ended up constantly sick, later to find out about all the underlying lack of maintenance. Safety was a huge concern, stairs, deck etc. was threatened by landlord have video clip, was stalked by landlord have clip. Have pictures of animals, excrament, leaks, holes in attic. Have pictures of in safe wiring contacted ESA they did inspection can’t get report it belongs to landlord I’m told. Contacted Sudbury bylaw have case number. Contacted Sudbury district health unit about mould and my concern for spouse whom I wanted mytoxin test for, etc etc , was injured due to negligence have all records of health Spouse two hospital visits for upper respiratory infections, myself for lung infection with water on lungs, plus the MRI of my limb from falling on sunken cement steps. Many many more documented violations for the unit I lived in plus I gathered as many photos of violations through out complex to try to help my neighbours but can’t get anyone to listen.
