L1 N4 and L2 N5 L1 N4 - Tenant dishonest refuses to pay $800 signed agreement Oct 12/25 and again Jan 9/26, but claims OW restricted direct deposit $680 is all he's obligated. Interim order instructs him to pay while waiting, he's not but served landlord RiDICULOUS defence April 10/26 to landlord L1 Update April 3/26 (with evidence) and NO EVIDENCE from OW, only word salad. Landlord has all evidence ready but needs guidance as Judges shout at her, last time never allowed her to even speak. This tenant is a terror and refuses to abide by NO FREE AC, only take paid, but abuses utilities and intends to put AC machines everywhere. L2 N5 Hearing May 13/26. - since tenant moved in Nov 2025, he's torn things off the house, removed all winterized carpeted, ENSLAUGHTed landlord with text msg over 3000-4000 words for every topic (10+ topics) then claims he's being harrassed. Tenant has put furniture outside to be destroyed by weather. Landlord has created all evidence, dates times in files uploaded to LTB portal already. This tenant is a terror and refuses to abide by NO FREE AC, only take paid, but abuses utilities and intends to put AC machines everywhere.

Tenant not paid 11 months but stayed in Divisional

Need Divisional qualified Tenant moved in May 10/25 but not paid a cent since in a 3 bedroom house, Wallaceburg Ontario, $2000 month, has paying room mates = 11x $2000 = $22,000 Tenant use to work full time, Sept - present on OW $733 Room mates pay $800x2 = $1600 LTB Court order of Eviction issued Feb 4/26, tenant not in attendance, landlord had case SHORTEN TIME due to extreme financial hardship. Tenant sent and stayed order in Divisional only to ask case BE RE heard in LTB. Need date immediately Landlord has all evidence done and response to tenants ridiculous claims sent to Divisional. Landlord has UPLOADED all evidence to Divisional portal. Nothing seems to be uploaded from tenants lawyer. Tenant lied she could not attend Jan 30 court because of a daughter she doesn't have and DOES NOT LIVE WITH HER. March landlord maintenance checked house, in perfect shape, ZERO COMPLAINTS, 2 paying room mates, no children. May 2025 to present landlord has ADDRESSED EVERY MAINTENANCE complaint with text, email picture or signed proof work resolved and accepted by tenant. All repairs documents on a Spreadsheet. Had L2 N5 dismissed because judge was ABUSIVE to landlord. Tenant has repeatedly WATER TAMPERED x5 = $500 after Entegrus shut them off for non payment. April 7/26 recent shut off.
