The Landlord has proven the grounds for termination of the tenancy due to the Tenant's failure to pay utility bills as required under the tenancy agreement. However, a conditional order shall be issued allowing the Tenant to preserve the tenancy provided that the utility bills are paid within 3 days of the due date for the duration of the tenancy.
