The tenancy is terminated as of September 8, 2022, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $8,024.84, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 17, 2024, they will start owing interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
