The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $12,278.50 for rent arrears and costs in installments over 31 months. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant disclosed that she had filed for bankruptcy in 2023 and was discharged in 2023, but the Landlord was not listed as a creditor, so the rent arrears were not addressed in the bankruptcy proceedings.
