The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 29, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,571.46 plus $35.89 per day starting February 1, 2024 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 29, 2024, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
