The Landlord has proven the grounds for termination of the tenancy and the claim for compensation. The tenancy will terminate on August 6, 2024, and the Tenant must pay the Landlord $19,488.76, which includes compensation for use of the unit and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 31, 2024, interest will start accruing at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
