Unless the Tenants void the order by paying $12,256 by May 31, 2024 or $13,229.75 by June 14, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $10,064.52 and vacate the unit by June 14, 2024.
