The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $18,486.47 to void the order by September 30, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 30, 2024 and pay the Landlord $17,274.03. The Tenant is also ordered to pay daily compensation of $37.99 starting August 30, 2024 until the unit is vacated.
