The Landlords' application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to substantial interference was granted. The Tenants were ordered to pay the Landlords $123.51 for unpaid utility costs, $1,349.16 for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses due to the Tenants' conduct, and $186.00 for the application filing fee, for a total of $1,658.67.
