The Landlord has proven the grounds for termination of the tenancy and the claim for compensation in the application. The Tenants did not void the N5 notice of termination by correcting the omission within seven days. The Tenants did not attend the hearing, so the Landlord's evidence was uncontested. The Landlord is entitled to an eviction order and the Tenants must pay the application filing fee of $186.
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the Tenants permitted in the residential complex has substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlords or another tenant.
Tenants failed to pay utility charges they agreed to pay pursuant to the tenancy agreement.
