The Landlord has proven the grounds for termination of the tenancy and the claim for compensation in the application. The Tenants did not void the N5 notice of termination by correcting the omission within seven days. The Tenants did not attend the hearing, so the Landlord's evidence was uncontested. The Landlord is entitled to an eviction order and the Tenants must pay the application filing fee of $186.
