The tenancy will be terminated on April 18, 2024 unless the Tenant pays $3,137.66 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by April 18, 2024 and pay the Landlord $878.94, plus daily compensation of $34.35 from March 28, 2024 until the Tenant moves out.
On consent of the parties, the eviction is postponed until April 18, 2024 to allow the Tenant to void the order by paying the outstanding amount.
