The tenancy between the landlord and the tenant is terminated as of April 30, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting May 1, 2023.
The landlord, Ottawa Community Housing, applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant, Sylvie Roy, due to non-payment of rent. The parties consented to the order.
