The Landlord and Tenant executed an N11 agreement to terminate the tenancy on 2024-08-31. The Tenant later denied signing the agreement, but the Landlord's and his wife's testimony was found credible. The tenancy is terminated, but the eviction is postponed to 2025-01-31 to allow the Tenant time to find a new home. The Tenant must pay the $186 application fee.
