The tenancy shall be maintained subject to the conditions that the Tenants pay new rent on time and in full. If the Tenants fail to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
It would not be unfair to grant relief from eviction subject to the conditions set out in this order
