Horace O'Connor testified that Tameka Bent advised him he would receive a call from the Landlord on October 13, 2022, confirming he was approved to rent the unit, but he never received the call and assumed he was not approved.
Horace O'Connor and the Landlord never discussed the specific terms of the tenancy, such as the start date, rent amount, or utility responsibilities, so there was no meeting of the minds and no tenancy agreement.
