If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $5,204.21, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $48.79 for each day of occupation starting January 16, 2024 until they move out.
