The Landlord's request for review was granted. The tenancy will be terminated on November 30, 2024 unless the Tenant pays the full rent arrears of $6,840.50 by October 31, 2024 or $7,741.46 by November 30, 2024. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by November 30, 2024 and will owe daily compensation of $29.62 until they move out.

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants requested a review of the original order and the order was stayed until the review was resolved.
