The motion to set aside the previous order is granted. The Tenants are given one last opportunity to preserve the tenancy by paying $1,000 per month towards the $14,074.82 in arrears, and paying new rent on time. If the Tenants fail to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants.
Tenant experienced significant medical issues that reduced household income and contributed to arrears, but is now expected to have stable income to meet obligations going forward
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order.
