The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2024. If the Tenant vacates by that date, the Landlord will waive all rent arrears and costs. If the Tenant fails to vacate, the full amount of $7,086 will become due and payable, and the Landlord can seek enforcement through the Sheriff's office.
