The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $37,786 by June 1, 2024 to void the order. Tenant is unable to pay full monthly rent required to sustain tenancy
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and causing serious problems in the rental unit or complex.
