Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions of a previous order (LTB-L-026580-22) issued on August 14, 2023. The conditions were to pay January 2024 rent by January 1, 2024 and pay $300 towards arrears by January 20, 2024.
Landlord Representative submitted that the Landlord would be opposed to a new payment plan, citing the Tenant's failure to adhere to one previously ordered by the Board.
Tenant testified that she intended to find a new rental property to be closer to her work but required time.
