The Tenant's request to review the order issued on June 3, 2024 is granted. The order is changed to remove the Tenant, Ngoc Huy Doan, as his tenancy was terminated on September 30, 2023. The remainder of the order remains unchanged. The stay with respect to the interim order issued on August 28, 2024 is lifted immediately.
