The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,570.53 by April 30, 2024 or $6,636.82 by May 15, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $740.36 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by May 15, 2024. The Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement if the unit is not vacated.
