The tenancy is terminated effective July 27, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,663.65 for rent arrears and the previous application fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $45.49 per day in compensation for continued occupation of the unit starting July 17, 2024 until the Tenant vacates.
