The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $18,712 by October 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by October 30, 2023 and pay $17,777.60 to the Landlord, plus daily compensation of $45.76 from October 11, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
