The motion to set aside the previous order is granted. The previous order is set aside and replaced with a new order requiring the Tenant to pay the full rent each month from June to September 2024 and pay the $4,264.88 arrears by September 30, 2024. If the Tenant fails to make these payments, the Landlord can apply to terminate the tenancy.

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the previous order issued by the LTB. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.
Landlord proposed having arrears paid in full by end of August, which Tenant agreed to.
Tenant and representative believe Tenant will receive support to pay balance of arrears and get $25/hr job.
Tenant was making progress to pay off arrears but was in breach of conditions of previous order. Tenant now owes $4,264.88 to end of May 2024.
