The Tenant shall pay $5,564.00 in rent arrears to the Landlord, with a payment schedule of $250.00 per month from April 2024 to January 2026, and a final payment of $64.00 by February 2026. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties reached an agreement at the hearing.
