The Tenant must also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid off. Long-term tenancy since 2003, Tenant on disability income
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears.
Tenant has lived in the rental unit since 2003 and is in receipt of disability income of $1,543 per month. If permitted to remain, Tenant will seek assistance from the city of Windsor housing unit and pay off some of the arrears.
