The tenancy is terminated effective June 11, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $4,012.32, which includes rent arrears up to May 31, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlords $54.25 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting June 1, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant and for an order to have the Tenant pay the rent they owe because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on April 24, 2023 with respect to application LTB-L-056281-22.
