Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $6,805.63 on or before May 31, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,555.91, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $43.05 from April 17, 2024, until the Tenant vacates the unit.
