Landlord's Legal Representative submitted that the Landlord is a small Landlord who is currently on maternity leave and that she subsidizes her income with this and another rental property, and that the Landlord has been struggling financially due to the non-payment of rent.
Tenant testified that the Landlord removed his trailer from the residential complex without his permission, which he was using to earn money selling firewood.
