The parties consented to an order where the tenants must pay $10,524.94 in rent arrears and costs in monthly installments from July 2024 to June 2025. The tenants must also pay new rent on time and in full during this period. If the tenants fail to make any payment, the outstanding balance becomes immediately due and the landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenants.
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants because the tenants did not pay the rent that they owed.
