The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Unauthorized Occupant, Jarrod McCarty, was granted. The Unauthorized Occupant must vacate the unit by February 10, 2025 and pay the Landlord $27.41 per day for use of the unit from October 1, 2024 until the date they move out, as well as the $201 application fee. If the Unauthorized Occupant does not pay the full amount by February 10, 2025, they will owe interest at 5% on the outstanding balance.
To allow the Unauthorized Occupant more time to vacate the unit
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Unauthorized Occupant, Jarrod McCarty, because the Tenant, Dennis McCarty, transferred occupancy of the rental unit to the Unauthorized Occupant without the Landlord's consent. The Tenant passed away on August 24, 2023, and the Unauthorized Occupant failed to vacate the unit.
