If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,562.76 and compensation of $34.19 per day starting July 5, 2024 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by August 5, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
