The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $15,136 by November 30, 2024 or $18,126 by December 9, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate by December 9, 2024 and pay the Landlord $9,077.56 plus $98.30 per day in compensation starting November 1, 2024.
