The tenancy will be terminated on July 31, 2024 unless the Tenant pays $31,849.10 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by July 31, 2024 and pay the Landlord $26,215.71 plus daily compensation of $88.77 per day starting June 21, 2024 until move-out.
